Premium Calc

Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Premium Calc helps insurance advisors and their team leaders learn plans and explain them to customers. It is an independent app: no insurance company, IRDAI or government body makes, runs or endorses it, and it is not an insurer’s tool, brochure or official communication. This page says plainly what happens to your data.

No login, no account, no server of our own

Premium Calc has no login and no account. You never sign up, and Premium Calc runs no server that keeps anything about you: no profile, no list of who uses the app, nothing you type.

Everything stays on your phone

Your quotes, customers and their policies, leads, expenses, to-dos and your own profile (your name, code, branch, phone, appointment date and the rest) are saved only on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them, and Settings › Delete my data removes them at any time.

Android’s own backup can keep a copy of this data in your own Google account (when the phone has a screen lock, which encrypts it, and backup is turned on in the phone’s settings), so a new phone or a reinstall brings it back. Google keeps it under its own policy; Premium Calc cannot see it.

A backup you make in Settings › Backup and restore is a file you keep yourself, wherever you choose to save or send it (for example your own Google Drive). Premium Calc never receives it. Keep it private: it has your customers’ details.

Because Premium Calc holds no copy, it cannot recover anything that is lost. Keeping your customers’ details safe, and your phone and Google account locked, is up to you.

When the internet is used

Calculations work offline. The app uses the internet only for these:

The services that answer see your phone’s internet address while they answer, as any website does. Links to official websites open in your own browser.

Free, with ads

Premium Calc is free to use. It shows ads from Google (small banners and a full-screen ad now and then), which may use your phone’s advertising ID as allowed by your choices in Settings › Ad privacy choices.

Premium Calc Pro, a Google Play subscription, removes the ads and opens the Pro tools, such as unlimited village leads. Google Play handles the payment and keeps the record of your subscription; Premium Calc never sees your card or bank details and keeps no record of it anywhere of its own.

Notifications, usage counts and crash reports

Notifications are optional. If you allow them, Premium Calc can send you news about plans and updates, and the app can remind you of your own customers’ dues and of your targets; those reminders are worked out on your phone. So that news can be aimed, your phone joins groups for your role, town and languages, taken from the profile on your phone; Google Firebase keeps these groups, and nobody can see which phones are in them.

To improve the app, Google Firebase counts which plans are quoted and what is shared, and sends crash reports. No names, phone numbers or customer details are sent. All of this starts only after you agree to the notice the app shows when it opens.

Google provides the ads, Play payments and Firebase under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Writing to us

“Suggest a feature” and “Report a bug” open your own email app with a message to us that you read before you send it. It carries what you write, the app version, the Android version, the phone model, the language and your role; your name and phone number only if you tick “You may contact me”. We use it only to reply and to improve the app.

Deleting your data

There is no account to delete. Everything is on your phone: use Settings › Delete my data, uninstall Premium Calc, or clear its storage in your phone’s settings, and it is gone. Premium Calc Pro is cancelled in the Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Children

Premium Calc is made for insurance advisors. It is not meant for children.
